Yin Yoga + Meditation • with Hailey
Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga. Incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles - targeting the deep connective tissue in your body and bringing a sense of relaxation and calmness to your mind. This class will have a strong focus on guided breathing into each pose to cultivate a deeper stretch - the long static holds aids in preventing degeneration of the bones. Class is open to all levels. There will be modifications offered for beginners and injuries.
