First Timers
There are a few simple things to know to have the best experience possible. Here's what to expect during your visit. If you are having any trouble with the booking system, we encourage you to head over to our Help Centre.
I booked for the Thermal Circuit
-
Please arrive at your appointment start time no more than 5 minutes before. For instance, if you’ve booked a Thermal Circuit session at 1:15PM, plan to check in no soone than 1:10PM.
-
Please bring your bathing suit, sandals, water bottle and some good vibes. Towels and robes are supplied. Locks are not needed, there is a fob locker system and you will be given a locker bracelet upon arriving for your appointment. Please be sure to secure your belongings.
-
There’s no wrong way to use the thermal circuit. The key is to alternate between extreme temperatures, hot and cold. Rotate between our pools, Finnish saunas and infrared sauna at your own pace. There is also a ritual corner with Nature Folk’s signature salt body scrub and mud mask.
-
We ask for silence in the circuit facility from Monday to Thursday & on Sundays. In the spirit of community, we do not restrict chatting among friends on Fridays and Saturdays, but we do encourage guests to be mindful of their volume.
-
Booking in to the Thermal Circuit gets you 2 hours in the bathhouse facility. We also have a 1 hour session if that suits your schedule better. You do not get access to the bathhouse by booking in for a treatment or other service unless specified in the service description.
-
We do not have any food offerings, however we do have a selection of non alcoholic beverages; kombucha, and fresh pressed juice.
-
Phones, cameras, and audio/video recording devices are never allowed.
We encourage you to unplug, take a break, and leave your phone in your locker.

We do offer direct billing for those who are with Manulife, Great West Life, Chambers of Commerce and Blue Cross for all of our Signature and Restore treatments. We can also send you with the receipt if you must submit the claim yourself.
A few of our registered practitioners do not offer direct billing. If a practitioner does not offer direct billing, it will be written at the top of their bio on our booking platform (see by clicking ‘book now’).
-
It is encouraged to book an infrared sauna session with your treatment, to warm up your tissue and increase circuilation. You will save $10 on your sauna session if you booked it on the same day as a treatment. You are welcome to book aligning treatments yourself through our site or give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.
-
While we cannot accommodate couples massages in the same room, we can book you in so both of you have the massage at the same time, in separate rooms.
