  • Breathwork + Cold Immersion with Mandy

    Sunday December 15th
    6:30pm-8:30pm • $100 + tax

    Come unwind and relax, while Mandy guides you through breathing techniques to musical beats. You will rest (up to 10 minutes) in our dry sauna where you can process your breathwork journey and get prepared to end your evening with a revitalizing 2 min. guided cold plunge.

  • Soulful Slow Flow + Circuit w Kate

    Wednesday, December 18th 6:00-8:30pm $71.75 + tax

    Soulful Slow Flow is an all-levels Vinyasa class set at a slower pace to enhance relaxation and provide nourishment for the soul. A meditation in motion; flow, stretch, and strengthen through a series of poses that have longer holds to cultivate intention. This class is set to gentle background music and ends with guided breathwork. Perfect for those looking to increase internal awareness and a sense of grounding. Followed by a 1 hr circuit. You may use a class pass for the class portion of the evening.

  • Restorative Yoga + Circuit with Jillana

    Thursday, January 2nd 5:45 - 8:30pm, $71.74 + tax

    This class combines the foundations of yoga with the calming qualities of a restorative practice, as we explore how to find Savasana in every pose. Beginning with a foundation of asana to channel energy into and through the legs we will then work from there towards a quiet mind. This class will start with a challenge, but end with deep rest and increased understanding of the body, mind and breath connections. It is followed by a 1 hr thermal circuit (dry sauna, hot + cold pool, mud mask + salt scrub)

  • Yoga (m) assage mini Retreat with Liseanne Macpherson, RMT

    Sunday January 5th, 11:00am - 2:30pm $135 + tax
    Unwind in this Yoga Massage class, where restorative yoga meets soothing hands-on massage from Liseanne Macpherson, a registered massage therapist for over a decade. This experience is designed to release tension and leave you feeling completely relaxed.

    Afterward, enjoy a 2-hour Nordic circuit, alternating between warming saunas and cold plunges to invigorate your body and promote recovery. Finish with a refreshing, nutrient-packed juice from Sprout Therapy to hydrate and nourish.

    This experience is the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation for both body and mind.

  • New Year's Writing Workshop with Ashley McGaw

    Sunday January 5th, 3:00-5:00pm $40+tax

    Breathe in 2025 and breathe out 2024! Welcome the new year by spending some time to reflect on 2024 and make space for yourself to ground into 2025 with intention and a sense of freshness. This two hour workshop, led by Ashley McGaw, incorporates breath, meditation, journaling with prompts and a gentle and restorative winter yoga practice for all levels. Bring your own journal and wear comfortable clothes/layers that you are able to move in. No previous yoga experience needed.
